If you had five minutes to read/look at the content on the website, what would you read/look at? Even better, if you had a chance to produce the content showing for five minutes only, what would you produce? What is worth being published and looked at? You Have Five Minutes to be on this Website is a content-oriented assignment. The students are asked to code the content they wish to publish and which will fade from the browser in five minutes. Through the pre-setup toolkit, they will learn the basics of HTML, CSS, and Javascript. While they will mainly be working in HTML + CSS files, they’re welcome to “crack” the code that fades out their content on the website.
